Essential Functions:Process accounts payable invoices.Handles receipts and coding for the purchasing card.Ensure that vendor statements are reconciled monthly.Assists with weekly and periodic check runs by matching the invoices with the checks.Assist with processing payrollRecords monthly Journal entries as requested.Verification of daily cash drops Prepares cash deposits
